Prerequisite: Introduction to Disaster Response This course will prepare you to lead a Disaster Response team from your local church or from multiple churches. Sessions include: Creating a Culture of Leadership; Caring for Your Team Physically, Spiritually, and Emotionally; Conflict Resolution; Managing Administrative Needs; and Talking to the Media.
This two-day course will give participants valuable skills for providing spiritual and emotional support to survivors of trauma and disasters.
