This course will prepare you to lead a Disaster Response team from your local church or from multiple churches.  Sessions include:  Creating a Culture of Leadership; Caring for Your Team Physically, Spiritually, and Emotionally; Conflict Resolution; Managing Administrative Needs; and Talking to the Media.
