How to Register for Impact Mission Camps

  1. Registration opens October 2025 for Impact Mission Camps 2026.
  2. We are updating the registration platform, it will ask you to create a new login - you can use the same one you have previously but may need to recreate the login. Be sure to save your login information.
  3. Fill out your church contact information. Please share the information for the main point of contact for camp this summer. Be sure to also include group leader's contact information.
  4. Select your week of camp, and indicate how many adult chaperones, youth, feeding volunteers, and crew chiefs (crew chiefs lead an individual jobsite) you expect to bring. You can make changes later.
  5. You will receive an invoice with the amount due for your group within a few days. Deposits are due at the time of registration but are refundable until April 1. You will be able to pay by credit card or e-check, or if you would like to mail a check, you may print the invoice and send with your check.
  6. You'll receive instructions on final registration forms - rosters, release forms, etc. - closer to camp. Final Payments are due by the start of camp. You will owe the final balance for every participant who actually attends camp. Deposits are not refundable.
