Pastor Cesar Sotomayor is the Church Planting Enabler for the European Baptist Federation. He will share testimonies from our church planters who are serving in challenging places in the world, as well as explain how you can have a meaningful partnership with a church planter today!

In several of our church plants we are witnessing a beautiful testimony of unity as Ukrainian Baptists, Russian Baptists, and Belarusian Baptists worship together, love one another, serve one another, and pray and hope for peace. Through the power of the Holy Spirit, the Church is testifying to the world that we are called to be the light and salt of the earth.

Have you wondered how to help your neighbors in these times of rising prices? Do you notice people in your community who are lonely, hungry, looking for ways to cope in all the wrong places? Join Impact Missions and Fresh Expressions for a Dinner Church Simulation where you will enjoy a FREE meal that models a Dinner Church structure and atmosphere so you can experience a way to plant a church among people who may never enter your church doors on a Sunday morning at 11:00 but are desperate for the love and belonging offered by Jesus.
The meal will include moments of “Selah” as we pause and explain the “why” behind the method and how to grow a community of discipleship around a regular gathering at the table where nutritious food, conversation, meaningful connections, and the stories of Jesus are shared.
As Greg LeMaster shared recently about Graceland Baptist Church’s experience with Dinner Churches in Powhatan, VA:
… many of our folks [have] loved being “At the Table” as we broke bread together, shared in both fellowship and the love of Jesus, heard an awesome Jesus Story along with much discussion, and prayed over the needs of people in this new congregation (See Acts 2:42). Now, 8 years later with multiple dinner churches at multiple locations, we see how the Lord has led us to so many people who needed to see the love of Christ in action. The dinner church is so relational and authentic as many of these “not yets” are simply drawn to our dinner churches. Currently, we are ministering to over 200 people that not only include food pantry regulars but also special needs individuals and their families as well as veterans, both men and women. It is such a blessing to see folks that, for different reasons, wouldn’t attend our Graceland services on Sundays, come and share with us that “At the Table Church” is their church . . . and it is, indeed!
