Impact Disaster Response will be hosting a Disaster Response and Child Abuse Prevention Training event with the Concord Baptist Association Saturday, April 29 from 8-4 at Tabernacle Baptist Church. Sessions will include:

• Introduction to Disaster Response
• Feeding
• Cleanup
• Crew Chief Training (Site safety and leadership)
• Darkness to Light’s Stewards of Children training, which focuses on what we can all do to prevent child sexual abuse will be available in the afternoon. Child abuse prevention training is required for all adults attending Impact camps this summer.

This training event is part of the ongoing partnership between the Concord Association and Impact Missions which also includes Impact Mecklenburg (June 25-July 1).
