Church Cohort Pilot Program

Impact Missions and Uptick are partnering to pilot a new cohort experience for congregations.  Is your church looking for ways to be intentional about growing disciples – both people already part of the congregation and those in the community around you? This 14-month cohort will be loosely based on the Uptick model but focused more on helping churches re-imagine worship, discipleship, and organizational health.  Participating churches will enlist the lead pastor and at least two other church leaders (staff or lay people) who will engage in 5 Friday-Saturday retreats full of teaching and connecting with other congregations on the same journey. Participating pastors will gather regularly over Zoom for teaching and/or facilitated discussions and then be asked to lead similar gatherings with their church leaders so that there is intentionality around connection and shared vision of following God’s leading to engage in disciple-making.  The 2026-2027 pilot will run at half price, with a cost of $2,000 for a team of three and $500 per additional person.  Scholarships may be available through the BGAV.  There are still spots available, so act quickly!
