World Hunger Fund

The BGAV established a Virginia Offering for World Hunger in 1982 and has contributed over $6.8 million in the past two decades alone. These funds are used to support our international partners and other trusted organizations that work to solve the problems of hunger and associated issues across the globe.  A portion of these funds are also used for local and domestic ministries through the Virginia Hunger Fund and follow the process outlined here.

Recent uses of funds include:

Drought relief in northern Kenya and South Sudan
