Introduction to Disaster Response and Introduction to Mass Feeding:
We walk through a basic introduction of why and how we respond to disasters, how we work with partners, and what our incident command structure looks like.

Providing a hot meal is one thing. Providing hundreds to 15,000 in one day requires some planning. This training introduces how we pull it off, gives the basics of safe food handling, and introduces the multiple roles it takes to staff this kind of kitchen on wheels.
