Impact Disaster Response will be preparing meals for Tuesday (November 14, 2023) of the BGAV annual meeting, and volunteers can be trained in feeding so they can deploy when a disaster strikes. One of the first opportunities to serve when a disaster strikes is feeding people who have been displaced.
BGAV Annual Meeting attendees will have the option for lunch and dinner on-site, and we will be preparing meals for several groups meeting onsite as well.
Volunteers can sign up for a training slot for setup on Monday, Lunch and Dinner on Tuesday, or Cookies and tear-down on Wednesday. Providing a hot meal or a cold cup of water in Jesus’ name is at the core of disaster response, and we’re thrilled to offer this opportunity at the BGAV annual meeting in November.
