This two-day course will give participants valuable skills for providing spiritual and emotional support to survivors of trauma and disasters.  Sessions include: Encouragement Through Listening, Loss and Grief, Traumatic Stress, Psychological First Aid, Religious Competence, Cultural Competence, Age-Appropriate Response, and Care for the Caregiver. Event Schedule: Friday from 1:00PM-6:30PM and continuing Saturday from 9:00AM-5:00PM (lunch included Saturday).
